After conducting a Security Threat & Risk Analysis of this 350,000 sq. ft. facility. Granilux designed a program for food supply chain integrity and defense during raw material receiving, processing, and production of baked good, packaging and distribution.

As part of their Food Defense Plan, we worked to satisfy the security requirements set forth by USDA and FDA. We deployed and integrated a 250 camera HD video surveillance system, IDS & ACS Systems.

The Crest Hill security system is designed to manage and store unlimited video and provide access to data in order to facilitate audits pursuant to food contamination investigations.
